Communities of practice that build.

WHAT WE DO

Our programmes bring together the people building Africa’s economies, from women-led enterprises to skilled trades to founders, and give them the learning, networks, market access and capital to build further, together.

A course ends. A community keeps going.

Each BAA programme is built around a group of people doing the same kind of work, learning from practitioners and from one another, and staying connected long after the first session. Every programme draws its learning from the Academy and its links to government and markets from our Services work, so participants get skills, relationships and a route to real opportunity.
